Zuma Chamber HQ – Garki Abuja

This legal office proposal breaks conventional office space layout. We collaborated with the client and quickly understood the need to treat the spaces as an extension of their professional services. As a result, a sophisticated and atypical design composition with private meeting rooms, conference halls, private offices and social lounges. The design was chiefly influenced by the steep terrain of the site sitting on solid quartzite rock. Different levels of floors and mezzanine was introduced based on the achievable controlled level and then associated with different aspects of the client’s work. Context, daylighting, healthy building and employees well –being are a few other considerations in the planning process.
