This three-bedroom compact family house was designed for an out-going couple, who enjoys hosting visitors. The rectangular site was divided into two, the first half has the duplex house which opens to the latter half of captivating landscape. A sizable living room and open kitchen takes the ground floor and three bedrooms with walk-in wardrobe was design in the first floor. The family amenities such as gym, media room was achieved in the basement.  The kitchen opens up to a private entertainment space with outdoor dining area, swimming pool, patio and bar. The space is segmented with the play of levels and floor finishes to break the monotony.
