AKF Estate-Ajiwe Lagos

This two-hectare residential estate located in Lagos was designed for inclusivity. The clients demanded for various typologies of apartments and shared –wall terrace houses on the same site. The master- planning was designed with adequate facilities and privacy required of the various types of users.  Minimal approach to exterior and materiality was the common point of the merger for the various house types.  

Two options of terrace houses, each with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and two options of apartments were proposed for the client. The houses were designed to be spacious and comfortable, with large windows to let in natural light.

With a variety of common areas for residents to enjoy, such as a swimming pool, a gym, and a playground, the estate was designed as an ideal place to live, work and raise a family.
