Neighbourhood commercial plaza at the state capital, with
the mission of maximizing the underutilized site. The plaza was designed for
multi-user of various shop sizes. Flexibility and adaptability of the space was
a key focus, with ample of space for parking and pedestrian access. Contrary to
the typical “grid-box” approach, two functionally designed blocks are connected
seamlessly by the central service core. The
colour scheme complimenting fluted wooden elements and the perimeter of green
space around the structure gives it inviting appearance for the plaza.
